ST. PATRICK’S DAY 2012

Dear Member,

The following trading hours apply for St. Patrick’s Day under the Intoxicating Liquor Act 2003:

 Friday, 16th March (Eve of Public Holiday):    10.30 a.m. – 12.30 a.m.

 Saturday, 17th March (St. Patrick’s Day, Public Holiday): 12.30 p.m. – 12.30 a.m.

 Sunday, 18th March (Normal Trading Hours):   12.30 p.m. – 11.00 p.m.

 Monday, 19th March (Normal Trading Hours):  10.30 a.m. – 11.30 p.m.

Drinking-up time of 30 minutes applies to all of the above as normal.

Please note that the collective agreement for public holiday pay for St. Patrick’s Day differs to the norm. The statutory position remains unchanged. Monday the 19th is not a public holiday & there is no automatic transfer of any public holiday entitlements from the 17th to the 19th of March.
